Payment Philosophy

I see massage as an important part of ongoing health care, not only to maintain these amazing vehicles we call physical bodies, but also on a deeper level, our more unseen realms of emotional and spiritual well-being. Knowing the benefits of consistent therapeutic care, I will work with you to determine what treatment and payment plan works best for both of us.

$20 Discount to those 65 and over as well as students. Sliding scale payment also available.

Payment Method

I accept payment by cash or check or credit card (3% fee).

Insurance Billing

I am a preferred provider for a number of insurance companies including Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Lifewise and those companies served by American Specialty Health Network when you have a plan preauthorizing you for massage

MVA Billing

Please bring the following documents and information with you on your first visit:

·       A written physician's referral from your primary health care provider (MD, DO, DC, NP)
·       An ICD-9 diagnostic code from your physician
·       Auto Insurance information: claim number, adjuster’s name & phone number

Cancellations

In consideration of the time that is reserved for you, 24-hour notice is required for cancellation without charge. Otherwise, with the exception of illness or emergency, the full fee will be required.

 
Illness/Under the Weather

Although receiving a massage while you are sick may seem therapeutic, your body is actually asking you to rest. If you are experiencing symptoms of sickness, please reschedule your appointment. In the best interest of everyone - yourself and others who will be in my treatment room that day - allow yourself to stay home and take it easy. Please be advised, if you arrive with an illness, you may be asked to reschedule.
