I initially began feeling a connection to the healing arts while I was living in Austria. A deeper part of me was not fulfilled in my work as translator. I was introduced to energy work and the healing power of crystals at weekend workshops in the mountains.

I had a successful massage practice in Portland from 2000-2018 and even now I see clients once a month over a long weekend. I was on the massage team of NIKE's Wellness Center at their World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon from 2003-2015.

Since arriving in Eugene, I have been working part-time in a thriving, fast-paced chiropractic clinic, helping patients recover from short and long-term injury.

I was a volunteer with Living Yoga, a nonprofit organization that brings yoga to people in prisons, drug and alcohol rehab centers and transitional shelters. Having moved to Eugene in 2017, I will be looking for ways to serve marginalized communities here as well.

I knew that healing work was what I was really called to do and began my own healing journey which took me back across the ocean and the North American continent to Heartwood Institute in Northern California. The day I arrived, a Trager workshop was going on and I was lucky enough to become one of the treatment models. The ability for massage to heal and transform became real to me from day One as I began my own transformational healing journey.

After graduating I began working in spas in Calistoga and Sonoma, California as well as in Germany and Austria. A little later, I discovered and fell in love with Breitenbush Hot Springs in Oregon where I did massage and led yoga and meditation for three years.
